Privacy

The site loads Google Analytics on bigospeedrun.com and www.bigospeedrun.com. The configuration requests IP anonymization and disables Google Signals and ad personalization. The site uses Google's default cookie settings.

The chatbot sends messages and recent conversation history to Anthropic to generate replies. It also sends site information and the current page path, or the home page path if the page is not in its site information.

The chatbot sends the latest message, IP address, browser user agent, and page path to a Discord channel that we read. It also sends completed replies. Each log entry is limited to 2,000 characters, so some fields can be cut off. The chat shows a notice about this logging.

The chat server uses IP addresses and request times in memory to limit how often visitors can send messages. The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's privacy policy covers its request logs.

The site saves the selected color theme in browser local storage. The chatbot keeps conversation history in page memory.
